Dana L. Haynes is a founding principal of Citivest, Inc. and President of its affiliate, Citivest Commercial Investments, LLC. Mr. Haynes has over 35 years’ experience as a business executive and consultant in the real estate and construction industries, including work as a testifying expert. Mr. Haynes has previously worked with Hankin & Co., a management and litigation consulting firm, Hill International, an international construction management consulting firm, and C.W. Driver, a large regional contractor.

Since 1987 Dana Haynes has been an officer of Citivest, Inc., a real estate investment, development, and property management firm. He has overseen the operations of the company, which specializes in the construction, renovation and management of residential, retail, office and industrial projects. Citivest and its affiliates have purchased and managed over 1,500 apartment units, 2000 single family homes, and 3.0 million square feet of commercial projects. Citivest’s clients have included the RTC, FDIC, and a number of Southern California based financial institutions.

From 1996 to 2000 Mr. Haynes served as an elected Director of the Mesa Consolidated Water District, which services 100,000 customers in Costa Mesa and Newport Beach. He served on the Board of Directors of the Association of California Water Agencies from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Haynes received his B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1981 with honors and his M.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1985. Mr. Haynes serves on the Board of Directors of several charitable organizations.
