Over the course of the last fifty years, Mr. Marshall has designed, developed, constructed, managed and sold numerous real estate projects spanning from Texas through California, where he has completed more than 6,500 residential units.  As a developer and licensed architect, his track record reflects a breadth of experience with diverse product types and a depth of knowledge of financials models covering everything from niche programs like the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit financing to private equity/ investor-based funding models.  In short, Al has an eye for finding development opportunities and the experience and knowledge to get it funded and built.

Mr. Marshall’s career started at the Architectural firm of Neuhaus + Taylor / 3D International, where he was influenced by designing projects for multinational developers such as Gerald Hines. Following years of exposure to commercial developers, he opened his development company in Houston Texas. Fifteen years later, he moved his family and company to Newport Beach incorporating Pacific National Development where he specializes in multifamily development, including affordable housing. 

Mr. Marshall is a Development Partner with Citivest, with whom he has a twenty-five-year relationship. Mr. Marshall received his Bachelor of Design, Bachelor of Architecture and Masters studies in Urban Design from the University of Florida.
