Jeff Peterson is Vice President and is responsible for managing the ARES and Angelo Gordon portfolios. His key roles also involve financial assessment of future projects and assisting with the financial management of existing Citivest assets. Mr. Peterson has a diverse background in the stages of real estate development ranging from product inception and refinement to property stabilization. He began his career with American Senior Living, Inc. where he worked in the development and property management of senior affordable apartment communities. Mr. Peterson holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree from Chapman University.
